Heather's Vlog

If you haven't heard of "Heather's Vlog" then here you go:

I flipping love her. Hilarious. All of them are so hilarious.

Oh yea...

I also love the 1957-1960 F-Series for Ford Trucks. I would totally drive this clunker to town to buy milk - in a bikini.

Astin Martin

I want an Astin Martin. I am just letting you know in case you stumbled across one lost in the wind...and thought to your self, "Now, WHO could I give this car too??" I am and always will be a hopeless dreamer.

I left my heart in Santa Cruz

This past weekend I went on a road trip to San Jose & Santa Cruz, California with my best friend Jac. We visited her family there and stayed with her sister.

Her family is adorable:

Not pictured is her sister, whom we stayed with...while we were with her I kept myself busy with her plethera of kittens and kitties (she operates a foster rescue home):

We stayed with Jac's sister Brie...who has kittens. Glorious, fuzzy, fat, adorable kittens.

I want it.

Somewhere near Santa Cruz, California there is a small Thai restaurant called "The Star of Siam." You need to go there - the food will rock your planet.

And finally, here is me, basking in the glow of Monterey's ocean breeze...while simultaneously dodging seagull poop.

I'm only happy when it rains...

When you play this, I want you to close your eyes and only open them when you hear the thunder. It is so great! Enjoy!

How to Make LUNCH!

Today I am going to show you how to make, then eat, my orgasmic rendition of the egg salad sandwich. I hope you are prepared for the amazingness you are about to see. Oh yea, you want this.

First you need three boiled, peeled and sliced eggs, like so:

For a truly EPIC sandwich, you are going to need my three amigos:

...and some boring, healthy, lightly toasted wheat bread (I prefer "Ezekiel bread"):

Now you take the mayo and spread em baby. Do the same with the other two condiments...

Now add the egg slices in this nice domestic "modern" pattern. How lovely!

Oh yes. Slap that business together and put some Frank Sinatra on...shit's about to rock your world!

Do it, you know you want to.

And if stuff isn't falling out the sides of the sandwich - you're doing it wrong.

Now here is the important part - pay close attention - you NEED to eat the sides first, and save the bulging, bursting, amazing-ness that is the middle of the sandwich for last. Write that down.

I think my legs are shaking.

Look at that sucker!

It was everything I ever dreamed of - how was it for you?

More favorites.

I love the Yeah Yeah Yeah's. Love them.

Side note: I listened to a ten second clip of some "leaked" songs on Tokio Hotel's new album and they were phenomenal. Those boys blow my minds. Not many people their age can claim that they have successfully compeleted what, four albums now? I love, love, love them and I expect to see many good things come their way.

A Constant Favorite

Unfortunately the actual music video has embedding disabled, so this fan made version with lyrics will have to do. I love the theatrics of this song. I love the lyrics, the unique sounds they paired and most of all, I love they way it makes my blood pressure rise and fall with the beat.

Enjoy!
PS I LOVE THE CHICKEN!!!! It was his first cameo, and I personally think he deserves an oscar nod.

Best Movie This Year

I watched The Hangover the other night...and the movie was epic. So far my favorite movie quotes are:

"Tigers love pepper, they hate cinnamon."

"There is a jungle cat in the bathroom."

There are thousands more, but I don't want to spoil it for you so...GO WATCH THE MOVIE!!!

Oh the 1959 Corvette makes me hot all over!

It was love at first site. I was going through my Grandfathers albums as a teenager and I stumbled across this beauty. I have been in love ever since. Fun story: He bought it when he was 21 but had to sell it when my Grandmother became pregnant with my father because she couldn't fit in it anymore! Hah!

I want it. Bring it back!!!

The Tree

Once upon a time there was a tree. A tree with knarled, tangled branches and large blooming flowers. Everyone in town used to come sit under this tree for shade from the burning sun.
One day the tree got fed up with everyone stealing his shade...so he pulled his roots up one by one and started wading north. He pushed past the soil with his deep roots and he pushed past the brush and the wind. The people cried out to him,
"Please don't leave, please don't go, we love you!"
But the tree knew that it was not him they loved, but what he could give to them.
So he continued on his quest to the North.

Mmmm. Things I love (-;

This car is so effing hot. 1,000 horsepower, faster than most small planes. My knees just went weak....

Almost as hot as these boys:
I love them.

Check out this vintage photo, it's ADORABLE. Good to see they have stayed true to themselves:

Scooters Lineage.

This is my car, a 2004 MINI Cooper S 6 Speed Manual, whom I lovingly refer to as Scooter.

Sigh, I love him.

Below is Scooters lineage, first up we have Scooters HOT cousin.

Then we have Scooters Grandpa: How cute is he??

That's it for now. PS it's my 25th birthday today :D.

I want it.

Okay. I realize how materialistic and absolutely ridiculous this is...but that doesn't change the fact that I WANT THIS CAR. It just looks so...I bet it sounds like...I can imagine how fast it...you know what? I would name it MANTIS...like PRAYING MANTIS (roars and claws at the air). Ok. I can't take the credit for finding this car, which by the way is only in digital form and hasn't been put into production yet. I found this car on Tom Kaulitz's blog. He liked it in orange...I prefer everything in PURPLE. I have been obsessed with the color since I was in 8th grade. My computer is purple, my iPod is purple, if I could I would see everything in purple. Anyways. Feast your eyes on this magnificent-amazingness-all-things-lovely-car.You can view more about the car here. If your leg starts shaking, don't worry, it happened to the rest of us too.
