The Early Earth and Plate Tectonics

This video is really awesome. It makes me wonder though if the interior has radioactive elements then how will those interact with all of the radioactive elements we have released from our nuclear activities when the plates we currently live on eventually are subducted under the mantle? Will it be like a giant nuclear reaction and the planet explodes? The plates move pretty slowly so we obviously have a long time (hopefully) before my theory is tested, but I was just wondering...

Also, if this radioactive decay is giving off enough heat to move the mantle...then what kind of interactions are going to occur with the radioactive decay that is occurring on the Earth's surface due to our nuclear activities and or development of radioactive isotopes?

Does anyone else think about shit like this at 10AM on a Saturday morning?

*Goes back to drinking tea*
