I let this grow so I could water it with tears,
I'm supportive of the change,
It just harbors all my fears.
I will never again cry
Like I did last September,
May brought a numbness I can't remember
You have given me lightness in the dark
And for that I appreciate you
And support this adventure on which you embark.
I don't have to be happy
I'm allowed to cry
As long as you don't see it
I can say goodbye.
